Sharing Faith Initiative - led by Rev. Dr. Carolyn Helsel of Austin Seminary and supported by grants from Lilly Endowment Inc. - aims to equip Christians of all ages to inspire faith in others.  It offers resources and learning opportunities for congregations, focusing on two projects: the Faithful Preaching Project and Children’s Sermons by Children.

The Faithful Preaching Project began work in 2024 and united under one banner with Children's Sermons by Children in 2025. These initiatives aim to strengthen faith-sharing practices, support church leaders, and nurture future leaders. They both align with Austin Seminary's mission to proclaim the gospel and support the church, fostering collaboration and collective impact.
