Occasional Pulpit Supply

Please note: This form requires you to provide the specific dates for which you are requesting Occasional Pulpit Supply preferably 4-6 weeks in advance of the need. Once you have submitted the necessary information and agreed to the seminary’s guidelines, the Program Coordinator for the Office of Ministerial Formation and Advanced Studies will contact you if a student is available to cover one or more of the requested dates.

By electronically signing below, we agree to pay an honorarium of at least $100 and mileage at 54 cents a mile round trip. In case of cancellation by church within 7 days of date of pulpit supply, the honorarium will be paid. required

If church is over 150 miles from Austin Seminary, overnight housing and meals would be appropriate. If this will be provided please note details.
