Soul Stop at Austin Seminary responds to the expressed realities of many pastors: loneliness, a sense of isolation, near-depletion in doing pastoral work. Pastors need a community of peers with whom to be honest, over a period of time, with regular practices of reflection, experiences of refreshment, and the stimulation of new ideas. Soul Stop is built on these assumptions. Soul Stop is a space for renewal, connection, and hope.
