Welcome to Stitt Library! Stitt Library collects materials to support the curriculum at Austin Seminary, teaches patrons how to use those resources, and provides pleasant and effective physical and virtual spaces in which to interact with the collections.
The Austin Seminary librarians have created a suite of resources to help you learn how to use our electronic and print resources, find good sources effectively, and work through the steps of the research process. The mission of Stitt Library is to support the study and research needs of the seminary community, as well as to serve as a resource to local clergy and the general public. Extensive e-resources are available to current students, faculty, and staff both on- and off-campus, and to public users on-site. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to help library users find and use the materials.

The Austin Seminary Archives at Stitt Library serves as the official repository for the history of Austin Seminary. The archives also collects material that documents Presbyterianism in Texas and the Southwest, including congregational history material and historic Presbytery and Synod minutes.
