Martha Lynn Coon will lead a short course on the fundamentals of Non-Violent Communication as developed by Marshall Rosenberg in his book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life. Helpful for anyone building or living in community, Non-Violent Communication provides hard skills for conflict transformation and finding creative, needs-based solutions to problems both large and small.

About the Presenter
Martha Lynn Coon is the director of congregational innovation and curator of the 787 Collective at Austin Seminary, a program focused on congregational vitality through the cultivation of relationship with churched and unchurched twentysomethings in Austin. She studied theology at Humboldt Universitat zu Berlin through the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholars program, and received an MFA in Playwriting from the University of Texas at Austin.
