The Art of WellBeing

WellBeing is an essential art form for flourishing leaders.

If you are a leader who longs for simple, practical ways to cultivate positive energy, resilience, and creativity, consider joining The Art of WellBeing. In this course, you will be invited to listen to your own inner wisdom and expertise about all dimensions of your wellbeing—spiritual, emotional, mental, creative, physical, and relational.

Each session consists of intentional conversation grounded in participants’ pre-session reflection. Previous participants have reported that these coaching conversations fostered productive and meaningful outcomes in their energy, creativity, enjoyment, and effectiveness as a leader.

The cohort is led by Rev. Dr. Vicki Johnson, International Coaching Federation-certified Leadership Coach and Founder of The Art of WellBeing.

An Invitation to Flourish in Ministry & Life: Education Beyond the Walls is partnering with the Art of WellBeing to offer a $50 discount off the cost of participating in this cohort program for pastors and other ministry leaders.

Rev. Dr. Vicki Johnson served for thirty years in the United Methodist Church in a wide variety of ministry settings—small and middle sized churches, clergy couple co-pastorate, associate pastor on a large church staff, district superintendent, and nine years as senior pastor of a growing, community-focused, downtown church. Through her current work as an ICF-certified clergy coach and associate coach trainer, Vicki pursues her passion for helping churches and pastors flourish. A dedicated life-long learner, Vicki is also trained and certified as an interim ministry specialist, spiritual director, and yoga instructor. She enjoys pilgrimage travel, healthy cooking, reading historical fiction, writing morning pages, and walking in the woods. Together, she and her husband, Roger, have seven children and eleven grandchildren. The Art of WellBeing is the fruit of Vicki’s long-time interest and continued personal journey toward spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical wellbeing.
