Ashley N. Flores has spent over a decade as an educator and creative producer. Her mission is simple: develop projects and programs that inform, educate, and entertain the viewer and move them toward action.

Born and raised in south Texas, much of what Ashley develops is informed by her experience growing up in a culturally rich environment by the border. She learned that for a community to thrive, collaboration, a servant attitude, and the cultivation of healthy relationships are all essential. That notion is the DNA woven into all projects she develops.

Ashley earned an MFA from the prestigious Peter Stark Producing program at USC. She has worked for notable media companies such Hello Sunshine, Nickelodeon and Devon Franklin Entertainment. Most recently she produced the film For Rosa, a short narrative inspired by the Madrigal Ten, a group of Latinas sterilized without consent while giving birth. It is currently moving through the film festival circuit.

Kathryn Boyd-Batstone is a director and cinematographer of narrative and documentary films in the Los Angeles area. She is a USC School of Cinematic Arts MFA graduate with a master’s degree in cinematography and directing. A former video producer at We Are Mitú with years of dual immersion Spanish bilingual education, she is dedicated to telling stories that make you feel.

She was a 2019 ASC Student Heritage Award Finalist for a documentary she filmed called God Bless the Cook. Most recently she wrote and directed the film, "For Rosa." Her work as a photojournalist has been published in CNN, The San Francisco Chronicle, National Public Radio, The Washington Post, and USA Today. Kathryn studied photojournalism at the University of Oregon and was a News21 Fellow.
