Due to COVID-19, access to the physical library is limited to current students, faculty, and staff of Austin Seminary and Seminary of the Southwest. We also offer online resources, scanning, and contact-free curbside pickup. Please use the forms below to request a scan of a portion of a book, or to request a book from our print collections:
Austin Seminary patrons may also use these forms to request materials from the Booher Library at the Seminary of the Southwest. Materials borrowed from either library may be returned using the library book drop located outside the skywalk level entrance to the McMillan building (#2 on the campus map).
For details about library services in a time of (almost post-) COVID, see our guides for Austin Seminary and SSW Students, Faculty and Staff (PDF) or for Guest Patrons (PDF). Need a distraction? Get excited about scanning with our blockbuster promotional video!
Although much of the library's collection of physical books is inaccessible during the remodeling of the Stitt Library into the Mary and Robert J. Wright Learning and Information Center, we will do all we can to provide the information and sources you need. Library services will be offered from the McMillan Building for the duration of the renovation. The Wright Center will surround and include The David and Jane Stitt Collection. The library supports faculty research and student information needs for the Austin Seminary campus.
