REFOCUS: Faith Formation with GenZ

People who work with youth spend their hearts, souls, minds, and energy nurturing teenagers. REFOCUS creates time and space for nurturing these workers with resources, fellowship, a fresh outlook, and a time to be on the receiving end of ministry. At this year’s annual REFOCUS retreat, join Michelle Thomas-Bush to talk about faith formation with GenZ. As we seek to understand Gen Z, we will explore implications for the church today and in the future. We can dramatically improve our effectiveness in faith formation by learning new approaches and methods designed to connect with this next generation. Mindfulness will be a core spiritual practice of this generation, so we will join in daily practices and learn some mindful games.
