Stitt Library Curbside Takeout Request Form

Please provide the title, author, and call number for each item you would like to request from our circulating collections (note that while reference works and course reserve books may not be checked out, we are able to scan portions as allowed under US copyright law).

Library staff follow best practices, maintain social distance, and use appropriate PPE when handling materials and fulfilling requests. All materials are placed in quarantine upon return per CDC guidelines.
