Requesting a Transcript
Transcripts of Academic Record
To request a transcript, please submit a signed request including any specific instructions. There are three ways to do this:
- Mail your signed request to: Office of the Registrar, Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, 100 E. 27th Street, Austin TX 78705
- Scan your signed request and send by email to registrar@austinseminary.edu
- Deliver your signed request in person to the Registrar's Office in the Trull Administration Building
The federal government requires that all requests be signed, therefore an electronic signature will not suffice.
The Office of the Registrar does not currently have a secure way to send official transcripts electronically, so all transcripts will be sent via US mail from the Seminary.
