Student Housing
Just across Waller Creek from the academic buildings stretches a
scenic
landscape of 1-4-bedroom duplexes and apartments for seminarians with
spouses and/or children. You'll love our grassy hillsides and shady
walks. And the community that forms on the Seminary campus is one of
the highlights of the Austin Seminary experience. Austin Seminary's
on-campus housing includes apartments, dormitory rooms, and family
housing units. Whatever your personal need or family situation, there
is likely a place for you at Austin Seminary. Housing arrangements are
made through the Auxiliary Enterprise Office.
Anderson House
Anderson House is the Seminary's newest residential housing. It is a state-of-the-art, four-story residence complex with multi-room apartments and up-to-date amenities. Anderson House is a GreenChoice® partner with Austin Energy. Click here for more information from the Austin Energy Annual Report (see page 11) featuring the green buliding elements of the John F. & Nancy Anderson House as a multifamily case study.

Apartments
Austin Seminary's subsidized student
housing is the best deal in town--convenient, safe, attractive, and
affordable. Apartment complexes offer a variety of one- through four-bedroom
floor plans; all buildings have on-site laundry facilities. You will
also enjoy the benefits of living in one of Austin's most popular areas
for half the price! And don't forget your dog, cat, bird, or fish; we
are pet-friendly!
Dormitory Rooms / Currie Hall
If you're single and
don't have pets or other dependents, perhaps a dormitory room in Currie
Hall is what you're looking for. A communal kitchen and television area
downstairs provide a place to eat and meet on weekends when Stotts Hall
is closed. On-site laundry machines are also provided.
