Upon written request, students and former students can obtain official copies of their permanent academic records from the Office of the Registrar.

Upon written request, students and former students can obtain official copies of their permanent academic records from the Office of the Registrar.

To request a transcript, provide a signed request to the registrar and include any special processing instructions. Transcripts cannot be requested by telephone or email.
Effective September 1, 2009, there is no charge for transcripts for former or current students.
