Austin Seminary Professor and 2014 MidWinter Lectures guest speaker Rachel Held Evans discuss whether wives are 100 percent equal partners or whether "biblical womanhood" means a God-given role of supporting their husbands.
Hosted by the African-American Student Group & the Hispanic Student Association, the first lectureship will focus on "Youth Violence in Urban Centers," as we realize that many of our minority youth are affected by the pervasive effect of violence.
The event will feature a moderated conversation between N.T. Wright and Professor Lewis Donelson, both biblical scholars, as they discuss and explore the writings of the apostle Paul.
